Ultrasounds

For your convenience, we offer diagnostic ultrasounds on site to help manage or diagnose heart murmurs, shortness of breath, dizziness, complications of hypertension, and heart failure.


Uses

Ultrasounds can also be used to determine if you have hardening of the arteries, aneurisms, or blockage in either veins or arteries in your neck or lower legs. Ultrasounds aid in monitoring for gallstones, liver disease, testicular masses, and renal disease. Dr. Sands uses these tests to better design and monitor your treatment plans. We bring better medicine to you.

Pulmonary Testing

If you have any of the following lung conditions, we have testing that may save your life:

• Cough

• Asthma
  
• Chronic smoking
  
• Difficulty breathing

Lung testing is performed to distinguish between asthma, chronic bronchitis, COPD, and other chronic lung conditions.

For the uninsured or poorly insured, we do offer packaged screening examinations at reduced costs.
